Hibiscus Leaves Benefits And Uses:-

Hibiscus is a flowering plant which grows in many tropical places all over the world. It is known for its many health benefits and is used to make a medicinal tea, using the mixture of flowers and leaves. Hibiscus tea is full of fibre and is also help the body to get rid of toxins and aid digestion. It has also been shown to help maintain a healthy cholesterol level, lowering the risk of heart disease. Hibiscus tea has a cran-berry like taste which is used for old and hot drinks. Hibiscus is antibacterial and helps the body to fight with colds and infections, also boosting the immune system to prevent disease. The anti-inflammatory properties of this plant relieves water retention and swelling. Hibiscus has tons of benefits so let’s start with the remedies.

For Bright Skin:-

Hibiscus flower contains natural acids that purify the skin and control acne breakouts. This flower contains astringent and anti-inflammatory properties which control inflammation and wrinkles. Hibiscus provide us youthful skin by improving our skin elasticity. It has the properties to fight with aging process and boost our skin. It has antioxidant properties also which help to repair damaged skin.

Take one teaspoon of Hibiscus flower paste, 1 teaspoon of brown rice flour and add some curd to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes then wash it off with cold water. Brown rice flour also contains antioxidant properties which removes blemishes and slows down the aging process of the skin. So this mask will be very helpful for you to get bright and flawless skin. Apply this mask twice in a week for best results.

Face Cream:-

Today I am going to share you how you can make Hibiscus flower face cream. For this take a bunch of hibiscus flowers. Hibiscus contains anti-inflammatory and astringent properties that help to remove redness and inflammation from your skin. It also protect from acne breakouts. It removes aging by firming and lifting your skin and also increases skin elasticity.

Separate the petals of hibiscus flowers in a clean plate and let it dry for one day in sunlight. Then put them into a mixer grinder and add 2 teaspoons of any oil which suits your skin like olive oil, Baby Oil or coconut oil along with the Petals and make a smooth paste of it. Then heat it into a double boiler for 5 minutes. Then strain out the Hibiscus oil with the help of a thin cotton cloth. Now add some strands of saffron and 2 teaspoons of Aloe Vera Gel in it and mix it thoroughly to make a cream like consistency. Store it in a clean and airtight container in refrigerator. Apply this cream twice in a day for best results. It will give you natural, super soft and glowing skin.

For Extreme Hair Growth:-

This is a very simple remedy and so many of you already know about this. For this remedy you need some Hibiscus leaves and one or two Hibiscus flowers. There is no particular measure of it. The red ones are best ones. First of all, wash it with water to remove any soil and dirt from it and soak them for 10 minutes. Then mash them with the help of your hands and make a slimy liquid of it. Mesh it until it turns into thick and slimy liquid. Now strain out the liquid part and apply this liquid on your hair properly and massage it for 5 to 10 minutes. You have to cover your hair with the help of this liquid properly. After 10 minutes wash your hair with normal water. It conditions your hair. You can increase the volume of your hair with its regular uses. It contains vitamin C which improve collagen production and will give healthy and bouncy hair. Use this remedy 2 to 3 times in a week to wash your hair instead of shampoo because it is chemical free. And it naturally cleanses your skin properly. And always prepare the liquid fresh. Shampoo contains a lot of chemicals and is not good for your hair. Hibiscus liquid is natural and it will gently clean your hair leaving it smooth and silky. So from now on don’t use shampoo and use this to clean your hair. This will remove all dirt and unwanted oil from your hair. It will keep the natural oil but it will remove all the unwanted oil from your hair.

Weight Loss:-

Today I am sharing you Hibiscus tea and why you should include this tea in your diet. It helps to lose weight and some of the other health benefits you can get by having this tea. This tea can be warm or chilled. Hibiscus tea is a herbal tea made from the petals of a dried or fresh Hibiscus flowers. It is full of antioxidants which improve heart health and decrease the risk of heart disease. It also reduces cholesterol and lowers blood pressure. It helps to control bladder infections. It is anti aging and anti inflammatory. It helps to get rid of anxiety and depression. And also helps to treat common cold and flu. It is incredibly high in vitamin C and boost immune system so that it will help your body to prevent carbohydrate absorption. For one cup of hibiscus tea take four Hibiscus flowers and separate the petals from it and wash in water. Take one glass of water in a pan and boil it. After boiling the water turn the flame off and add hibiscus petals in it and leave them for 15 minutes into the water. It tastes like cranberry and if you want to add some flavour in it then you can add cinnamon stick or Ginger clove. After 20 minutes separate the Hibiscus tea in a glass and squeeze out half lemon juice in it. Stir it well and now your weight loss hibiscus tea is ready. You can take this tea chilled or hot. Take this tea at least for one month to lose weight fast.
