See What Happens When You Include Oats In Your Daily Routine

Oatmeal carry both dermatological and cosmetic benefits. It cleanses, moisturizes,soothes and protects the skin. Oats are rich in proteins, vitamin E, carbohydrates and fibre. It cleans the skin. It is very good for health. It helps in reducing weight. It is also good at removing dark spots and dark circles from your face. Today I am going to share you some quick and easy home remedies of oats so that you can get good health and natural beauty.

Cleanser:-

Oats are very good at cleaning your skin. Take one teaspoon of oats and add half bowl of water and soak it for 2 hours. After 2 hours mash them with the help of your hands and scrub this paste on your face for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash it off with normal water. With the help of this scrub you can easily remove the dirt and oil from your skin. It also helps to remove dead cells and blackheads from your skin properly. This is good for all type of skin like if you are having oily, dry or normal skin you can use this scrub. It moisturize your skin and make it even tone. I suggest you to apply this scrub for once in a week to get good results.

Treat Acne:-

In summer your skin will get oily and you can face acne problem. So, oats are very effective to get rid of acne and acne scars. For this you have to take one teaspoon of oats, 3 to 4 teaspoons of water and one to two drops of lemon juice. Mix them well and make a smooth paste with the help of a grinder. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes then wash it with normal water. Lemon contains citric acid so that it can remove excess oil from your skin and stops the production of oil. You have to apply this mask at least twice in a week for amazing results.

Reduce Wrinkles:-

To reduce wrinkles from your face you have to use oats powder with honey. If you have fine lines, wrinkles and aging on your face so this remedy will help you a lot. It will help you to hydrate your skin very well. Take one teaspoon of oats powder and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and apply it on your face properly. Leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. This mask is really helpful to reduce premature aging, wrinkles and fine lines. It will moisturize your skin and make it super glowing. You should use this mask twice in a week for amazing results. This is natural and it will not harm you like other chemical products.

Hair Care:-

You can use this remedy as a dry shampoo for your hair. If you have oily skin or after shampoo you feel the oil in your hair in the evening then it will be very helpful for you. Store oats powder in a bottle and Sprinkle it in your hair at night and remove it with the help of a hair brush by combing your hair. You will see that it will easily control the excess oil of your skin and if you have some rashes and acne on your scalp then you will get rid of these problems also. Start using it for rewarding results.

For Cracked Heels:-

If you have cracked Heels then you should use the combination of oats powder with Vaseline or petroleum jelly. By the combination of Vaseline and oats an emollient will be created which is very helpful to heal your cracked heels. So mix some oats powder in Vaseline jelly and apply it on your cracked heels at night and wear socks. It is very good to get rid of cracked heels.

For Weight Loss:-

I am going to share you a very delicious and yummy oats Khichdi. Which can easily reduce your weight and tummy fat within one month. But you have to be careful for your routine diet and you have to take this Khichdi in your breakfast. For this take a pan and put 2 teaspoons of ghee ( clarified butter) in it. Add jeera seeds and pinch of Hing in it. Now add one cup of oats and stir it well for 5 minutes then add chopped onion, chopped tomato, 1 finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped carrot and you can put any vegetable which is available at your home. Stir it well for 2 minutes and add some salt in it. You can also add some fresh green peas which increase the taste of your Khichdi. Now add 3 cups of water in it and cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes your oats Khichdi will be ready. Now add some fresh coriander leaves in it. And your weight loss diet Khichdi is ready to eat. Believe me friends it is very simple and easy dish but it is so yummy. You can Sprinkle some lemon juice on it while going to eat. With the help of this Khichdi you can reduce 4 to 5 kgs in a month if you to take care of your routine diet also. You don’t have to eat fast food, oily food and sugar also if you really want to reduce your weight.
